SASSA Started SRD R370 Payments For June 2025 Today

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has begun issuing the SRD R370 payments today. If your SRD R370 application for June 2025 was approved, you can now check your SRD status and see when your payment will arrive.

The payment period runs from 26 June 2025 to 30 June 2025. To make sure you don’t miss your money, keep checking your application status online. When I checked mine last month, I found the exact date quickly, which made it easier to plan my visit to the bank.

June 2025 SRD Payments Are Started Today

All approved applicants should check their grant status first. Then, you can go to Pick n Pay or Shoprite stores to collect your cash payment. If you receive your grant through a bank account, you can check your balance online and withdraw the money at any ATM. When I last collected my payment, the process at the store was quick and smooth, which made it stress-free.

How to Get June 2025 SRD R370 Grant Payment?

If your SASSA status shows “approved,” you can collect your R370 grant from retail stores or ATMs. Visit stores like Pick n Pay or Usave to get your cash payment quickly.

If you receive your grant through a bank account, you can use mobile banking apps to transfer the money. You can also use your SASSA Black Card at ATMs to withdraw the funds or pay for groceries directly at the store. I remember using my card last month, it made shopping and collecting my payment very convenient.

Why is SRD Payment Delayed for Some Clients?

f your SRD status shows “approved” but no payment date is listed, don’t worry. Sometimes payments are delayed because of system updates or high traffic. Usually, this resolves itself within a few days.

If your payment date still doesn’t appear after 30 June 2025, follow these steps:

Call the SASSA Helpline
Dial 0800 60 10 11 to speak to a SASSA agent. Explain your problem clearly.

Have Your ID and Application Details Ready
The agent will ask for your ID number and application reference, so keep them handy before calling.

Visit a SASSA Office if Needed
If the helpline can’t help, go to your nearest SASSA office and request support for your delayed payment.

Check Your SRD Status Online Regularly
Keep an eye on updates at https://srd.sassa.gov.za Sometimes the payment date appears at any time.
